A little about me…

I cut my teeth writing copy for Sephora, learned Arabic in Egypt and Oman, and worked in diplomacy in Saudi Arabia. In my fitness side-hustle, I’ve watched hundreds of women struggle to accept their bodies. My stories are for them and others poisoned by the lie that they are not enough.

Now, in Los Angeles, I write for a non-profit serving people with disabilities and am teaching my bright-eyed children how to live in our world as fully-human beings.
